Information We Collect

7080rocks Customers Information.

7080rocks only requests the minimal information required to provide Services to it's customers. Customers information provided to 7080rocks is not used for any Marketing purposes and we do not share any private information collected with any third parties (unless legally obliged to) with the exception of IP addresses. IP addresses may be shared via the GoogleMaps API for generating station listener maps.

Name, postal address, email address, telephone number (optional), and billing information (such as a credit card number) are collected to allow 7080rocks to obtain payment for the Services the Customer has requested. 

Social Media.

7080rocks website may include social media features (such as the Facebook "Like" button). These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets may be hosted by a third party or directly on 7080rocks website. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the feature.

7080rocks uses information it collects primarily to provide and collect payment for its cloud-based solutions and other services. Passively collected information, such as information collected from or about your device including through the placement or reading of cookies or other tracking technologies is used to provide a customized experience as you use 7080rocks services.

7080rocks only uses customers  stored email address to commuicate essential information such as changes to our Privacy Statement and/or Terms Of Service.

7080rocks does not supply these details to any Third Party (unless legally obliged to)

Customer Contact/Account Information.

The information collected from customers is used to manage each customer's account (such as for billing and account management purposes) .

Law Enforcement.

TorontoCast will respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes, and will utilize customer information as necessary to establish or exercise 7080rocks legal rights or defend against legal claims. Additionally, 7080rocks will share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations or suspected violations of 7080rocks Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

After a period of 60 days, if a customers account has no active services enabled and no activity it will be automatically deleted. T
